: The survey was performed in full accordance with relevant legislation at the time of data collection. Data collection was undertaken in line with European Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Association guidelines and as such did not require ethics committee approval. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Pearl Institutional Review Board (#22-ADRW-142) and deemed to be exempt. Using a checkbox, the patient’s caregiver provided informed consent for use of their anonymized and aggregated data for research and publication in scientific journals. All data were aggregated and de-identified before receipt to prevent patient and physician direct identification. No identifiable protected health information was extracted during the study.
