: Participants in the study were informed and consented that their participation would be completely anonymous and voluntary, that the resulting audio recordings and transcripts would not be shared with third parties (e.g., the organization), and that participation could be interrupted, terminated, or withdrawn at any time without giving reasons. Furthermore, all participants were informed that neither their participation in this study nor any decision to terminate our withdraw their participation would affect their employment by the organization in any form. Finally, participants explicitly agreed to the audio recording during the interviews.
