: The current study was reviewed by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the Veterans’ Affairs. Participants were provided informed consent and considered to be at minimal risk per the IRB. Therefore, the current study upholds the standards of the Helsinki 1964 declaration.“All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.”
