: The Ethics Committee of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health approved the study on 25 March 2022, and the study followed the Finnish research ethics practice [CitationRef removed]. All procedures followed were in accordance with the ethical standards of the responsible committee on human experimentation (institutional and national) and with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, as revised in 2000. All participants were informed about the study by a formal covering letter explaining the background of the study. Participation in the study was completely voluntary. Responding to the questionnaire was interpreted as informed consent to take part in the study. Consent to use the responses for scientific research was requested in the questionnaire.
