Ethical Approval

: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Shenyang Ligong University (Ethics approval number: SYLU-KYLL-2024003). All procedures related to human experimentation strictly followed the ethical guidelines defined in the Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent revisions. In addition, the study design and implementation process complied with the legal and regulatory requirements for human research in China. Prior to the implementation of the study, all participants were informed in detail about the purpose, methods, potential risks, and benefits of the study and confirmed their voluntary participation in the study.
