: Prior to the study commencing, we obtained ethical approval from the Research Ethics Committee of the Central University of Finance and Economics (approval number: AC-SB-CUFE-2021-0013). Before data collection, all interviewees were provided Participant Information Leaflets, gave written consent to be interviewed, and agreed to have their responses analyzed for this research. The consent forms adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki and related ethical standards. Researchers explained to potential participants the purpose, procedures, assessments, potential risks, and benefits of this study and outlined our intentions to publish findings in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings. Prior to their participation, participants had been clearly informed that their involvement was entirely voluntary and they could withdraw at any time without providing a reason. This study was performed in line with the Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent amendments or comparable ethical standards.
