:
: While this study does not involve experiment with human participants, we have obtained ethics approval from the Human Biology Research Ethics Committee of the University of Cambridge (Application number No. HBREC.2015.20).
: We have provided every project participant with an information sheet and consent form in Myanmar language. The information sheet outlined the objective of the project, why individual participants were selected for an interview, and his/her right to withdraw from the interview at any point in time without any consequence. After participants were given ample time to read the information sheet, we have asked them to give us their consent to be interviewed by signing the consent form. In case they were illiterate, we have asked a family member to sign the form. Our study did not involve any minor whose consent had to be given by their guardians.
: Not applicable as we do not publish any data that can be linked to individual participants. All information presented in the manuscript is anonymized and/or aggregated.
: The author declares no conflict of interest.
