: The current study was conducted according to the guidelines laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki. The ethical approval of this study was received from the institutional review board (IRB) of the Ethiopian Public Health Institute, and the necessary administrative permission was obtained from health and agriculture offices before conducting this study. Participants were fully informed about the study objectives, procedures, confidentiality, and data use and handling. Written informed consent was obtained from all subjects before the focus group discussion and key informant interview. All the different protective measures (wearing a facemask, keeping a 2 m distance, using sanitizer, and conducting all the interviews outdoor) were taken to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 during data collection. It was explained that participants have the right to withdraw from the study without requiring a reason. The HEWs, AEWs, and the women got compensation to cover their transportation and time spent cost. The audio record, scripts, and codes are available upon request from the corresponding author.
