: Of the UKRI GCRF AASH Food Systems study was granted by the institutional ethics committee of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (17919), by the Social Science Research Ethical Review Board at the Royal Veterinary College (URN SR2020-0197) and by the International Livestock Research Institute Institutional Research Ethics Committee (ILRI-IREC2020-33).
