Informed consent was obtained from all patients for being included in the study. The study was approved by the local institute ethics committee.
: No human rights violation was done in this study by any of the authors. All the patients were subjected to various investigations including stress-echocardiography, PET scan and coronary catheterization as per the standard clinical practice. Patients had the option for denial to get enrolled in the study, at the time of taking informed written consent.
