: The experimental procedures of animal studies were conducted strictly following the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals outlined by the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (NIH Publication No. 8023, revised 1978). The procedures were conducted in compliance with the approved experimental protocol by the Animal Care and Use Committee of the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (Approved Nos. 30-60, 31-21, R02-81, and R202-80). In addition, the reporting of animal experiments followed the ARRIVE guidelines. Every possible measure was taken to minimize animal distress.
