: For this article, data was collected from four trampoline gymnasts (male, <i>n</i> = 3; female, <i>n</i> = 1) who are competing at the national level from local gymnastics clubs located in Bad Kreuznach and Frankfurt, Germany. All studies mentioned were in accordance with the ethical standards indicated in each case. Written informed consent was obtained from the participants in advance. This project was approved by the local Human Ethics Committee of the University of Giessen.
