: The study was arranged as a randomized clinical study and approved by Research Ethics Committee of Faculty of Dentistry, Cairo University (number: 16 12 18). This study operated in compliance with the Helsinki Declaration, and written informed consent was obtained from all patients. Patient consent is always required to publish clinical photographs. All patients were requested to sign up an informed consent form after explained to them the procedures and the expected complications.
