: Pharmacokinetic studies were conducted with Wistar rats. The animals were given to the study only after the government of India’s CPCSEA (Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision on Animal Experiments) and the university’s animal ethics committee gave their official approval (reference no.: IAEC/RCPIPER/2023–24/40).

: As we planned and executed animal studies after getting the approval from the institutional animal ethical committee (reference number: IAEC/RCPIPER/2023–24/40). All the procedures under the animal studies were followed as per the rules and regulations laid down by CPCSEA guidelines. The same reference number, we have quoted there in the manuscript. The copy of approval letter is also attached herewith under attachment facility of Article Content head.
: For this research project, we authors were planed and executed the animal study and not the human studies. Consent forms is mandatory requirement for performing human studies.
