: This study was conducted in compliance with institutional ethical guidelines and good clinical laboratory practices. Approval for clinical sample collection was obtained from the Dean of Indira Gandhi Government Medical College & Hospital, Nagpur, India (Ref. No. 390; dated 8 October 2022), and from the Department of Molecular Biology & Genetic Engineering, Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, India (Ref. No. MB&GE/12; dated 15 April 2024). The proposal was reviewed and approved by the departmental head, research supervisor, and the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology, RTM Nagpur University. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to sample collection. Only non-invasive, anonymized clinical specimens (oropharyngeal swabs and skin scrapings) were used, and no personal identifiers or sensitive patient information were recorded.
