: The HeLM study was approved by the Cornwall and Plymouth Research Ethics Committee (REC reference: 14/SW/0048) on 17 April 2014. The NHS/HSC R&D management approval was obtained on 6 June 2014. : WK is Director of the Oxford Mindfulness Centre and until 2015 was an unpaid Director of the Mindfulness Network Community Interest Company. He is the Principal Investigator of several externally funded projects evaluating the efficacy of MBCT.
