Compliance with Ethical Standards
: All research procedures received approval from the Human Sciences Research Ethics Committee at the University of Derby and were in accord with the BPS code of conduct and ethics (2018). This included providing all staff with an information sheet to enable informed consent prior to both quantitative and qualitative data collection aspects, as well as obtaining written informed consent that individuals agreed to take part in either, or both of, these data collection aspects.
