The study protocol was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Groningen (CETO), protocol number 70890721.
: Oral informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. We chose to not use written informed consent because this would be very unfamiliar and anxiety-provoking in this culture that is mainly oral. It was emphasized that the participants could leave the study at any time if they desired to do so, without any adverse consequences to them.
