: Gregory Stuart started conducting psychoeducational treatment groups for patients at the substance use center utilized for the current study for a maximum of 4 h per week. None of this research project pertains to any of the psychoeducational groups. Dr. Stuart does not ever do any study recruitment, is not informed which patients do or do not participate in research, and does not mention anything about research to the patients attending groups.
: The Institutional Review Board at the University of Tennessee approved all study procedures.
: All data was primarily collected from participants for clinical purposes. As such, the Institutional Review Board at the University of Tennessee declared the study exempt from informed consent procedures.
