: The study adhered to the ethical principles stated in the latest version of the Declaration of Helsinki (World Medical Association [WMA], ) and was approved by the authors’ institutional ethics committee. Written informed consent was obtained from the principals of the high schools involved. Parents of students aged under 18 years gave their written informed consent and students aged 18 years and over signed their own consent forms. Ethical approval for this study has been obtained from the Department of Developmental and Social Psychology, Sapienza University of Rome. The research team explained all information about the study to the headmasters of the involved schools and to potential participants.
