: All study procedures were approved by the ethics committee of the Ulm University (application no. 105/17; approval date: May 11, 2017).
: Participants received written information on study conditions, data security, voluntariness of participation, anonymized publication of results, and the right to leave the study at all times. Written consent was obtained from all participants prior to study entry. Data collection was pseudonymized and data was only accessed by authorized study personnel obliged to secrecy. After data collection was completed, personalized information was deleted and all data was completely anonymized.
