Each participant was compensated £10 in total for completing the battery of assessments. Reasonable travel expenses were also reimbursed.

: Professor Willem Kuyken is the Director of the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, a collaboration between the University of Oxford and not-for-profit charity, the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. He was until 2015 an unpaid Director of the Mindfulness Network Community Interest Company. He receives royalties for several books on mindfulness and CBT published by Guilford Press. Since arriving in Oxford (2014), he has either donated any payments for training workshops and presentations to not-for-profit organizations aligned to his work or used them to fund his research work.
