: This study was reviewed and approved by [Institutional Review Board of Henan Provincial Key Laboratory of Psychology and Behavior], with the approval number: [20220903004]. We affirm that all methods were conducted in compliance with the applicable guidelines and regulations.

: Before commencing this study, we contacted a specific unit of the Chinese People's Armed Police (PAP) in plateau regions of China. We informed the unit leader of the purpose and experimental details of the study and obtained their approval. Subsequently, the principal investigators visited the unit to personally communicate the study's objectives, procedures, potential risks and benefits, confidentiality measures, and participants' rights to the PAP personnel. The confidentiality measures included secure storage of personal data and limiting access to only authorized personnel. No military secrets or political information were involved in the study. Participants were given ample opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification. Written informed consent was obtained from each participant prior to their participation in the study. Participation was voluntary, and participants had the right to withdraw from the study at any time without any consequences. The study adhered to the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and received ethical approval from the relevant ethical review board.
