: The Animal Experimental Ethics Committee of Ningxia Medical University (Yinchuan, China) approved this study (Approval no. 2021‑045), and the study is reported follows the guidelines for the ethical review of laboratory animal welfare People’s Republic of China National Standard GB/T 35892-2018, and in accordance with ARRIVE guidelines (ExternalRef removed). All mice in the experimental process should meet the following criteria: (1) The maximum diameter of the tumor should not exceed 20 mm; (2) The tumor should not severely affect normal function or cause significant pain due to tumor growth; (3). Weight loss exceeding 20% of normal body weight; (4) Ulceration or infection occurring at the site of tumor growth; and (5) Persistent self-injurious behavior. If any of the above conditions were present, the mice were euthanized. The maximal tumor size/burden was not exceeded the permissible tolerance in the Ethics Committee protocol.
