: This research includes animal experiments. The Ethics Committee of the Jinzhou Medical University approved the animal research experiments (2,022,120,801). In general, it is recommended that the diameter of a single tumor should not exceed 2000 mm^3 in mice. Some of the tumors in the control group are slightly larger, mainly for the following reasons: long experimental cycles (30 days), tumors grow at a faster rate in the middle and later stages; Ishikawa tumor cells grow faster, resulting in larger tumor volumes; and the naked-mouse model is more sensitive to tumor cell growth, leading to rapid tumor growth.
