: All procedures involving animals were approved by the Animal Care & Welfare Committee of Guangxi Medical University. According to the ethical guidelines of our institution concerning animal research, the maximum allowable tumor volume for mouse subcutaneous tumor models is set at 2000mm<sup>3</sup> or a tumor diameter not exceeding 15 mm. Throughout the animal experiments, neither the maximum tumor volume nor the permitted tumor diameter was exceeded. Animal ethics review follows the <i>Guiding Opinions on the Treatment of Laboratory Animals</i> issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the <i>Laboratory Animal-Guideline for Ethical Review of Animal Welfare</i> issued by the National Standard GB/T35892-2018 of the People's Republic of China. The animal experiments were conducted following the ethical standards set by both institutional and national research committees, as well as adhering to the principles outlined in the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent revisions. This research was conducted in accordance with the ARRIVE (Animal Research: Reporting of In Vivo Experiments) guidelines for reporting on animal studies.
