The experiments were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of The First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University (No. 202012B01).Tumor size in experimental animals: The maximum tumour size/burden permitted by the Ethics Committee is a volume of 2000 mm<sup>3</sup>. No mouse in this study has violated this standard and did not exceed the maximum tumour size/burden.
