: All patients gave written informed consent for using clinical data in the study in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The study was approved by the Institutional Research Ethics Committee of Southwest Hospital with approval number (KY2020127). All methods were performed in accordance with the guiding principles of the Institutional Research Ethics Committee of Southwest Hospital, Chongqing, China. All animal procedures were conducted in accordance with the National Laboratory Animal Guideline for Ethical Review of Animal Welfare and the ARRIVE guidelines. In this research, the maximal tumor size permitted by the Institutional Research Ethics Committee of Southwest Hospital is not exceed 2000 mm<sup>3</sup>, and 20 mm in diameter of any angle. The generated xenograft tumors in this study were not exceeded this range.
