: The reservation and use of these tissues was approved by the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University ethical committee (approval number 2020-KS-HNSR090). All patients signed informed consents were gained prior to this research. The study protocol was conducted in accordance with the principles and procedure granted by the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University (approval number 2020-KS-HNSR090) and all animal experimental procedures were followed the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals Principles of Zhengzhou University. The maximal tumor size of mice permitted by the Ethics Committee of Zhengzhou University is no more than 20 mm in any dimension, and the tumor size in this study was not exceeded than the maximal tumor size approved, which met the IRB standard. All methods involved were carried out in accordance with guidelines and regulations of Zhengzhou University. The study is reported in accordance with ARRIVE guidelines (), and the diameter of sub-cutaneous tumors in all mice was less than 20 mm, which were permitted by our IRB.
