: All animal experimental protocols were approved by experimental animal Ethics Committee of Jinhua Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Institute (Approval number: AL-JSYJ202232), in compliance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals published by the NIH. The tumor burden was less than 10% of normal body weight, and the tumor diameter was less than 15 mm. We confirmed that the tumor size/burden in this study did not exceed this criterion. Mice were anesthetized by injection of isoflurane (4%, 2 L/min O<sub>2</sub>) and euthanized by cervical dislocation at the end of the experiment.
