: All the patients were informed and agreed on the use of these clinical materials for research purposes. This study was approved by the Institute Research Ethics Committee of Xiangya Hospital, Central South University(201803547) and followed the guidelines of the Helsinki Declaration. All the procedures carried out on animals were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Hunan Yaoda Testing Technology Co., Ltd for Animal Experiment (YH20231230001). The experiments were also performed in accordance with regulations of laboratory animal welfare and ethics. As the IACUC guideline for humane endpoints for externally visible tumors [The maximum diameter in any direction should not exceed 2.0 cm for mice. If volume is used, the humane endpoint (maximum allowed volume) for mice is 4,000 mm^3. The maximum weight of the tumor should not exceed 10% of the animal's body weight.], tumor size and burden in this study were all within this limit to minimize discomfort.
