: This study was conducted with approval from the Laboratory Animal Ethical and Welfare Committee of Hebei Medical University (No. IACUC-Hebmu-2022037, Date: November 30th, 2022). All applicable international, national, and/or institutional guidelines for the care and use of animals were followed. In the tumorigenicity experiment conducted in nude mice, the largest tumor size reached approximately 6 mm, which is within the ethical committee's requirement that the maximum tumor size must not exceed 15 mm.
