: Samples of adjacent normal tissues and tissue from human gastric cancer (GC) were acquired from Gansu Provincial Hospital. Sixty patients who had undergone GC resection surgery and were diagnosed with gastric adenocarcinoma were included in the study sample between October 2022 and January 2024. The Research Ethics Committee of Gansu Provincial Hospital approved our study (2022-123). The patients who participated in this study were informed about the purpose and content of the study. The patients consented to use their tissue, clinical, and pathological information for the experimental research, and all signed an informed consent form.
