: All experimental procedures on animals were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Utilization Committee of Fudan University Pudong Animal Experimental Center. And all methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations of the Basel Declaration. And the study is reported in accordance with ARRIVE guidelines. The Ethics Committee requires that the weight of the mouse’s tumor should not exceed 10% of the mouse’s body weight, and the longest diameter of the tumor should not exceed 20 mm, with the final tumor volume not exceeding 2000 mm3. In this experiment, the size of all experimental animal tumors meets the above requirements.
