: Authors declare that the animal experiments were carried out following the rules of the Basel Declaration. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee for Animal Use at the Guangxi Medical University (NO.: 202401017). According to the committee's guidelines, the tumor burden should not exceed 5% of the animal's normal body weight, and the tumor diameter should not exceed 15 mm. The tumor size in the animal models used in this study was well within these limits, ensuring compliance with the ethical standards. TCGA belongs to public databases. The patients involved in the database have obtained ethical approval. Users can download relevant data for free for research and publish relevant articles. Our study is based on open source data, so there are no ethical issues and other conflicts of interest.
