: The research was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the Ethics Committee of Guangxi Medical University (No. 202004003) and conducted in accordance with the ARRIVE guidelines. The maximal allowed tumor size for this study was 1.5 cm in diameter, or a tumor burden equivalent to 10% of the total body weight of the animal. Throughout the study, tumor size and burden were carefully monitored, and it is confirmed that the maximal tumor size or burden was not exceeded in any of the animals. Human studies were performed following the Declaration of Helsinki, and ethical approval for human subjects was granted under protocol No. 2021028.
