: This protocol was developed to be consistent with the ethical principle described in the Helsinki Declaration and received consent from the Human Ethics Committee of our institution. This protocol was approved by IEC for Clinical Research and Animal Trials of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. The maximal tumor size permitted by the the IEC for Clinical Research and Animal Trials of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University is 1,000 mm3, and the maximal tumor length permitted by the IEC for Clinical Research and Animal Trials of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University is 15 mm. Animals must be euthanized before tumors exceed this volume to minimize discomfort and distress, in compliance with ethical guidelines. All procedures were conducted in accordance with the approved animal protocol. No tumors exceeded the permitted volume, and all animals were euthanized in accordance with humane endpoint criteria. All samples were obtained with approval of the institutional review board of Sun Yat-Sen University Cancer Center as surgical resection or puncture biopsy (approval ID: SL-G2023-266-01). All human specimens used in this study were collected with written informed consent from the patients, in accordance with institutional ethical guidelines and the Declaration of Helsinki.
