: The plant chosen in the current exploration belongs to the Lamaicaeae family. The aerial parts of Rosmarinus officinalis L. were gathered from Tetouan area, Morocco (35°34′N 5°22′W) and the botanical characterization was performed at scientific institute of Rabat University under voucher code (ID) RAB 120156. The collection of the plants used in the study complies with local and national guidelines with no need for further affirmation. According to Moroccan biodiversity regulations, Rosmarinus officinalis is neither protected nor endangered, and its collection from this area does not require special permission.
