: The animal studies have been approved by Experimental Animal Ethics Committee, Institute of Radiation Medicine, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences on February 10, 2023 (Approval No:IRM-DWLL-2023277). All procedures involving animals were in accordance with the protocol statements and ethical principles established by the Chinese Association for Laboratory Animal Science (CALAS) Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, we strictly adhere to the ethical standards governing the use and conduct of animal experiments. The Ethics Committee set a 1.5 cm maximum tumor diameter limit for all animal experiments in this study. All procedures complied with animal welfare guidelines, with no tumors exceeding this size.
