: This study was conducted using formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples from glioblastoma patients. The research protocol was reviewed and approved by the “comité d’éthique”, at University Hospital Mohammed VI, Marrakech, Morocco, under approval number 83/2024. All procedures performed in this study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and with the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The use of archived and anonymized human tissue samples was approved by the institutional ethics committee, and informed consent was obtained where applicable.
