: All animal experimental procedures were approved by the Ethics Committee of Yichang Central People’s Hospital, following the National Institutes of Health Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals. The maximum tumor diameter was less than 15 mm, and the tumor burden was less than 10% of normal body weight. We confirmed that the tumor size/burden in this study did not exceed this criterion.
