The SNP data on inflammatory factors used in this study were obtained from the Thedata.bris Research Data Repository, and the thyroid cancer GWAS data were obtained from the IEU OpenGWAS project. All datasets are publicly available, and the original studies had received approval from the appropriate ethics committees.
