: Samples of adjacent normal tissues and tissue from human triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) were acquired from Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital. Fifty-three patients who had undergone TNBC surgery were included in the study sample between January 2016 and December 2019. This study was announced by the Ethical Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital (reference number: 2016-020). The patients consented to use their tissue, clinical, and pathological information for the experimental research, and all signed an informed consent form. Clinical trial is not applicable.
