: These experiments were also conducted according to established experimental protocols and were approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee of Kunming Medical University (Approval number: PZ20220305). The study is reported in accordance with the ARRIVE guidelines. In this study, our research team employed PEITC for interventional therapy in mice with subcutaneous tumorigenesis. The humane endpoints or termination criteria for the experiment were as follows: 1. The tumor weight did not exceed 10% of the animal’s body weight. 2. The tumor diameter did not exceed 17 mm. During the experimental process, the maximum tumor diameter observed was 10.43 mm, which is less than 17 mm. This did not exceed the ethical requirements and complied with ethical standards.
