: Five breast cancer patients from Taihe Hospital donated pathological tumor samples and paired adjacent normal tissue samples to the present study in 2024. All patients were fully informed and agreed to participate in the present study with a written consent form signed. All procedures followed the Declaration of Helsinki and were formally approved by the Ethics Committee of Taihe Hospital (No.: 2024KS49). Basic information of participated patients was summarized in Supplementary Material S1.
