: All the experimental procedures involving animals were conducted in accordance with ARRIVE guidelines and approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of TSecond People’s Hospital of Liaocheng Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University (Approval number:2022-06). The maximum subcutaneous tumor diameter allowed by the ethics committee of our hospital in nude mice was 15 mm, and this study met this criterion.
