: All animal experiments were conducted in accordance with institutional guidelines and the National Institutes of Health Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (NIH Publications No. 85 − 23, revised 2011). The animal study protocol was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University (Date: November 8, 2024; No: 20241101). The maximal tumor size/burden permitted by the ethics committee was 2.0 cm in diameter, and this limit was not exceeded in any animal during the study.
