The single-cell RNA-seq data analyzed in this work were obtained from the public GEO repository (accession number GSE236738) and did not require additional ethics approval. For experimental validation, cervical cancer and adjacent normal tissue samples were collected from patients at Wenzhou Medical University Pingyang Hospital.
