: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University (IACUC-20221120–11). All animal experiments were performed in accordance with ARRIVE guidelines and in compliance with the National Institutes of Health guidelines for the care and use of Laboratory animals.
