: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Soochow University (approval date: February 24, 2022). We have included the relevant ethics approval information for both clinical sample collection and animal studies (ZJGYYLL-10-053). All participants provided informed consent in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All animal procedures were conducted in accordance with protocols approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Soochow University. In accordance with institutional and national ethical guidelines, the maximal tumor size/burden permitted by the ethics committee was not to exceed 2.0 cm in diameter or 10% of the animal’s body weight. We confirm that this limit was not exceeded during the entire study. We have clarified the informed consent obtained from all patients providing clinical samples.
